Welcome to Broadwater, one of St. Petersburg's picturesque waterfront neighborhoods. From a few homes built in the late 1950's, this community has grown to nearly 600 homes filled with people who love living near the water. Located in southwest St. Petersburg on the eastern shores of Boca Ciega Bay, Broadwater is close to everything. Its easy access to I-275 gives you a chance to be downtown in 15 minutes, or to the Gulf Beaches in 10. But with wide open views of the water, great neighbors, and a comfortable, casual style, who would want to leave?
