The condos ranged in size from 611 sq ft to 3,288 sq ft. The average condo leased during May was $1,765 per month and the average size was 1,478 sq ft.

Overall the supply of condos available for lease is down to 5 months. That ranges from 2½  months for a 3 bedroom to 6.7 months for a 1 bedroom. Most are leased for a year, unfurnished. Only a few allow pets for renters. A few are restricted to occupants over 55 years old.
