Pinellas County, Florida, is still a Buyers’ Market. The odds of selling
a home or condo this month are even lower than the last couple of months.
On the other hand, the average price has gone up for both single family homes
and condos. Perhaps, as Forbes Magazine indicated, we’re on
the upside of the V.

than other months, so here’s a comparison of July 2007 with the past

We recently read that the Tampa Bay area is the #1 best place to buy in
the U.S. right now. Take advantage of good choices while prices and interest
rates, though both increasing, are still low. |
